Brainstorming can really help to clarify the vision.
As you can hear in this video, it took some time for Dean to develop the new state for his business. Patience is key but, once you are on the path, the journey itself starts to be fulfilling and builds momentum in your life. Make a start right now!
Dean talks about refreshing his offerings, dispensing with products or attitudes that no longer served the business and having the courage to start all over again. These kind of bold moves can seem scary at first but, when you clear the way, it makes room for new growth.
‘Focused’ and ‘clear’ are two words that should define how you feel about your vision when you have finished making any new plan.
Sometimes you can be overwhelmed by taking on board new information. You can reframe this by asking ‘what can I give?’ Realising that you have a unique vision that you can offer to other people helps to boost your confidence and crystallize your concepts and goals. Being able to give is a sign of success and leadership qualities.
