In today’s video, Dean explores how he reached 100 episodes of his online video content and how he reached 1000 subscribers on YouTube.
If you think that you are led by instant gratification and this is what is holding you back, Dean offers some inspiration by holding his hands up and saying, ‘yep, me too!’ You can get past it by being passionate and following these tips:
1. Just get started! Don’t worry about being perfect or pleasing everyone.
2. Make improvements along the way – learning and growing is how you refine your offering. You can do this by analysing any results that you can find and adapting accordingly.
3. Commit – you can either have results or excuses – you can’t have both. Sometimes this means you have to adapt to keep going.
